Spa Tank is a groundbreaking web series founded by Candace Holyfield, aka The Six Figure Spa Chick, that provides a platform for spa professionals to showcase their businesses and pitch for funding and mentorship.
This year, The Skin Games event taking place March 14-17 will be collaborating with Candace Holyfield to host Spa Tank. Participants will have the opportunity to pitch their innovative spa or beauty-related ideas on stage in front of influential judges for a chance at recognition, feedback, and prizes.
Some key things to know about pitching at Spa Tank at The Skin Games:
- Pitches should be 2 minutes with 3 minutes for Q&A from judges. Bring 5 samples of any products to share.
- Benefits include national recognition, exposure to The Skin Games and Candace Holyfield’s audience of over 250k, expert feedback, and a professional video of your pitch for marketing.
- Grand prize is cash or mentorship.
- The first round of pitching will be Thursday at the Spa Tank booth at The Skin Games for a 1 minute on-site pitch. Top entrants will be selected for the Friday pitch in front of a live audience.
- Judges include Candace Holyfield (TSG’s Mentor of The Year and recipient of the presidential lifetime achievement award) and Jennifer Rosenblum (CEO of The Skin Games), and 6 other influential figures to be announced.
- Any current spa professional or student in the industry can pitch cutting-edge ideas for skincare, wellness retreats, technology, treatments, or innovative spa business models.
